I'm a Digital Marketing Executive, Video Editor and Videographer with a BA Hons in Post-Production for TV & Film. I have always had an interest in the art of multimedia and the production process. I enjoy problem-solving with creative solutions in an industry that I’m constantly learning from.

VideoGRAPHY AND VIDEO editing

I approach filming and editing video like any project, with attention to detail and purposeful choices.

I’m always attempting to find the redeeming qualities of any project with a healthy skepticism of how a piece of content can be improved.

I believe I bring an element of positivity that’s necessary in the creative pipeline to follow through on a truly worthwhile project.

motion Graphics

I found a major interest when I originally experimented with motion graphics as it combined both elements of design and video editing together - I could finally realise an idea in a short amount of time by experimenting with different motion graphics projects including kinetic typography and animation.

I utilised these skills for my honours project at the end of my degree with 7 short animations that punctuated my video essay about the film director Quentin Tarantino and ‘When homage becomes plagiarism’.

GEM and SR Motion Graphics

During my time at Start Rescue and GEM I have created a suite of motion posts for our social media and advertising campaigns.

These videos have been created in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro using brand assets and other sourced media to create robust and informative content for members and potential customers.

Design

When studying the arts I’m always very drawn to the aesthetic element. Using the Adobe Suite and a variety of other software I eventually learned how to design and experiment using a multitude of creative tools.

After using Photoshop and other programs as a creative sandbox, I quickly learned how to use certain tools and shortcuts in the software much more accurately - with these basic skills I have striven to create a solid foundation to build an experimental but professional body of work.
